I am a fully qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist and NLP Master Practitioner specialising in the connection between mental health, chronic stress and physical wellbeing. I support teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, fatigue, IBS and other chronic symptoms, particularly when symptoms feel persistent, cyclical or difficult to resolve.

My work is rooted in a functional medicine and root-cause approach, recognising that mental and emotional wellbeing cannot be separated from physical health. Stress hormones, gut health, blood sugar balance, inflammation, sleep quality, hormones and nutrient status all influence how we think, feel and function. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I work to understand the underlying drivers contributing to imbalance within the body and nervous system.

Many of the clients I support feel stuck in patterns of overwhelm, exhaustion, anxiety or emotional shutdown. Some describe feeling “wired but tired,” struggling with brain fog, poor sleep, comfort eating, low resilience or fluctuating mood despite trying to do everything “right.” Others are navigating digestive symptoms, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress or periods of burnout that have gradually eroded their confidence and trust in their body.

Using personalised nutrition therapy, functional testing where appropriate, targeted supplementation, nervous system support and practical behaviour change strategies, I help clients connect the dots between their health history, symptoms, lifestyle and current stress load to identify potential root causes driving imbalance. Rather than providing rigid meal plans or quick fixes, I work collaboratively with each client to explore realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term healing and symptom improvement.

My role is to provide knowledge, guidance, structure and accountability while empowering clients to take an active role in understanding and supporting their own health. Together, we build the foundations for greater resilience, improved wellbeing and renewed self-trust throughout the healing journey.

Alongside postgraduate training in Personalised Nutrition and advanced clinical practice, I bring over 20 years of experience working in Secondary Education, together with trauma-informed training that supports my work with both adults and teenagers. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate and designed to help clients feel understood rather than overwhelmed.

My aim is to help you feel calmer, clearer, more energised and emotionally steadier by supporting your body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal. I help people move from simply coping with symptoms to building lasting resilience and wellbeing.
