A diet is usually a general eating plan focused on goals such as weight loss, fitness or medical restrictions.
Nutritional therapy takes a more personalised approach and considers factors such as lifestyle, stress, sleep, digestion and health history alongside nutrition.
Rather than following fixed rules, the aim is to support overall wellbeing and help you make informed choices that work for your body and lifestyle.

A link will be sent to you after purchase of the Personalised Diet Plan where you will be asked to log all food and drink consumed across 7 days. This can be completed on a mobile phone for ease. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes a day or less if you eat the same things on multiple days.
-
Once the 7 day diet diary is completed, you will receive your results and personalised report within 7 days.

No.
The Personalised Diet Review is designed to help you understand your current eating habits rather than provide a strict meal plan.
Instead, you will receive personalised recommendations and practical suggestions to help improve the balance and quality of your diet while fitting around your existing preferences and lifestyle.
One-to-one nutritional therapy consultations offer a more comprehensive and personalised approach. Recommendations are tailored not only to your diet, but also to your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, stress levels, environment, relationships, mindset and individual biology.
This allows for a deeper exploration of the factors that may be influencing your health and enables more targeted support where needed.

I take a collaborative, compassionate and non-judgemental approach to supporting health and wellbeing.
I believe that lasting change happens when people feel heard, understood and empowered, rather than judged or told what they "should" be doing.
Together, we explore the bigger picture of your health, considering not only nutrition, but also factors such as stress, sleep, relationships, life circumstances, mindset, environment and health history. My role is to help connect the dots and identify areas that may be influencing how you feel.
I understand that our habits, behaviours and patterns are often shaped by complex experiences and circumstances. Rather than focusing on blame or perfection, we focus on understanding, awareness and achievable change.
I encourage clients to take an active role in their health journey, as meaningful and sustainable change comes from participation and self-understanding. Along the way, I provide guidance, education and support to help you make informed decisions that feel realistic and achievable for your life.
My aim is not simply to tell you what to eat, but to help you better understand your body, build confidence in your choices and create a foundation for long-term wellbeing.
