How it works:
You will be given access to an app to record a 7-day food diary
Upon completion, I create a personalised breakdown of your current nutrient intake and dietary patterns
This allows me to identify what your body may be missing and which nutrients to prioritise to support your health
The report will include
• An overview of your current dietary intake
• Macronutrient analysis (protein, carbohydrates and fats)
• Micronutrient analysis (vitamins and minerals)
• Identification of nutritional strengths
• Areas where your diet could be improved

We begin with a comprehensive health assessment, exploring your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and underlying patterns. From there, we explore the possible root cause of your symptoms. I create a personalised plan, recommending changes that will support your body in a realistic and sustainable way.
You’ll be supported throughout with:
90 minute initial consultation
45 minute follow up consultations taken every other week
Personalised recommendations on diet, lifestyle and supplements following each consultation
